Not investment advice

TSTI is a behavioral typology product. The archetype we assign you, the coaching layer, and the divergence between what you said you are and what your trades say you are — all of it is for self-reflection. None of it is investment advice. We do not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, or goals. Trade your account, not ours.

Service availability

We do our best to keep the service running but make no uptime guarantees. We may modify or discontinue features. Brokerage connection depends on SnapTrade; if SnapTrade or your broker has an outage, we can't pull fresh data.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you sign in with Google or Meta, secure that account. We can't recover account access if you lose access to your sign-in method.

Billing (when applicable)

Paid features are subscription-based, billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to harass other users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the platform.
